AI Vector Metadata and Keyword Generator
Prepare searchable titles and keywords for vector artwork without confusing a temporary analysis preview with the original contributor file. Review the illustration's subject and visual style, then export the matching marketplace CSV.
Describe the artwork rather than the file extension
A vector title should explain what the illustration shows: a collection of banking icons, a floral border, a geometric background or another visible subject. Keywords can add useful information about colors, arrangement and technique. Terms such as editable, seamless or isolated should be used only when you have checked that the original asset actually has those properties. A preview alone cannot prove how an Illustrator document is organized.
EPS and AI analysis previews
Some vector inputs need a rendered preview before a vision model can analyze them. The preview is an analysis copy, not a replacement source asset. EPS conversion depends on the available server conversion workflow; unsupported or damaged files may need a valid preview before they can be processed. Keep the contributor filename aligned with the original vector file, including its extension, when preparing the submission CSV.
SVG keyword generation
For SVG artwork, the browser can create a visual representation for analysis. Review the generated draft against the actual SVG, especially if it depends on fonts, external images or complex effects. Use subject, composition and style terms that a buyer would recognize. Source code elements, internal IDs and technical implementation details usually do not belong in a commercial stock keyword list.
Icon sets and repeated design elements
For an icon sheet, identify the overall topic and the specific objects that are actually present. Avoid describing a set of eighteen unrelated icons as one single object, and do not add banking terms to a smart-home sheet merely because the artwork shares a visual style. Where a sheet contains multiple subjects, review whether the title accurately summarizes the collection and whether each keyword adds something useful.
Export without losing the original filename
Choose the destination preset after reviewing the title and keyword list. Confirm that the CSV filename still points to the vector asset rather than its JPEG analysis preview. If you change a source filename, update the metadata row before upload. Direct embedding and marketplace acceptance vary by file format; use the dedicated EPS and SVG guides for those workflows and inspect a small sample before exporting the full series.
Frequently asked questions
Does a preview conversion change my vector artwork?
The analysis preview is separate from the original source asset. Keep the original vector file for your contributor submission.
Can AI confirm that my vector file is editable or seamless?
A visual analysis cannot verify all source-document properties. Inspect the original artwork before using those terms.
