Refund and Cancellation

If you have a billing error or cannot access a paid plan after payment, contact us within 7 days. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and according to applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Cancelling a recurring plan stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already paid or substantially used.
