Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect the email address and account information you provide. If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive basic Google account information needed to sign you in, such as your name, email address and Google account identifier. We do not request access to your Gmail messages. We may also store your plan, token usage, purchase records and support communications.

How we use your information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, provide metadata-generation tools, track plan usage, process purchases, send essential account emails and respond to support requests.

Uploaded files and AI processing

Images and other files you select may be prepared in your browser and, when you request AI generation, relevant images or previews and prompts may be sent to the AI provider you select. That provider processes the submitted content under its own terms and privacy practices. Supported provider API keys entered in Metadata Studio are stored locally in your browser. Avoid submitting content you are not authorized to process.

Payments and service providers

Payments may be handled by payment providers such as Razorpay or Stripe. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers and billing-related details needed to activate a plan or resolve a purchase issue; payment details entered into the provider's checkout are handled by that provider. We also use hosting and email-delivery services to operate the website and send verification or account-recovery messages.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences and security. We may collect technical and usage information such as pages visited, browser and device details, approximate country derived from network information, and events needed to measure service reliability and improve the product.

Sharing and retention

We share information with service providers when needed to operate CSV Meta, process payments, send email or provide an AI feature you request, and when legally required. We retain account, transaction, security and usage information for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legitimate operational purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Security and your choices

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You can also stop using Google Sign-In or revoke CSV Meta's access from your Google Account settings.
