How to Upload CSV Metadata to Adobe Stock
Adobe Stock supports CSV metadata for applying titles, keywords and related fields across a batch. The important part is matching the official template and your uploaded filenames exactly.
1. Prepare the assets first
Upload the content you plan to submit and keep the exact filenames. Your CSV rows need to match those filenames, including extensions.
2. Start from the Adobe template
Adobe's current contributor documentation says the header row must match its template exactly. CSV Metadata's Adobe Stock preset is designed around that contributor structure rather than a generic spreadsheet.
3. Review titles and keywords
Keep titles factual and concise. Order keywords by relevance and remove unsupported or repetitive terms before export.
4. Export UTF-8 CSV
Adobe requires CSV and recommends UTF-8 when needed for non-US Excel workflows. The current documentation also limits an Adobe CSV to 5,000 rows and 1 MB.
5. Upload CSV in the Contributor portal
In Uploaded Files, use the CSV upload option after the corresponding assets are present. If filenames do not match, metadata cannot be attached to the intended files.
