Free Freepik / Magnific Metadata Generator
Prepare contributor metadata for the Freepik/Magnific workflow with a dedicated CSV preset instead of manually reshaping a generic spreadsheet.
Freepik / Magnific metadata workflow
Generate a title and keyword list for every file, review the results, and export them with the contributor-specific field order.
CSV format
The Magnific contributor guide uses semicolons between columns and commas between keywords. CSV Metadata exports File name, Title, Keywords, Prompt and Model in that order.
Prompt and model fields
For non-AI content, Prompt and Model stay empty. If you enable AI Generated Images in CSV Metadata, you can select the model name for export while keeping Prompt blank unless you know the original generation prompt.
Bulk contributor workflow
Use one queue to prepare metadata for a series, then export a single platform-specific CSV. Your source files are not renamed just because the analysis preview uses another format.
Review before FTP/upload
Check the exported file in a text editor or spreadsheet before submission, especially if your spreadsheet software changes delimiters automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the Freepik CSV use semicolons?
The current Magnific contributor guide specifies semicolons as the field separator and commas inside the keyword field.
Does CSV Metadata invent the original AI prompt?
No. The Prompt field is left blank unless you provide it yourself.
