How to Generate Metadata for 100 Images at Once
A large batch is easier to manage when generation, review and export are treated as separate steps.
1. Upload the full batch
Keep filenames stable and use the queue to confirm every asset was accepted.
2. Process in controlled batches
CSV Metadata splits provider work into smaller requests so completed results can appear without waiting for one enormous response.
3. Review completed metadata
Scan for repeated mistakes across the series, then fix asset-specific details such as angle, color, location or subject count.
4. Select the marketplace preset
Choose the destination after generation so the correct field limits and CSV structure are applied.
5. Export and spot-check
Open the final CSV and confirm a few beginning, middle and ending rows before submission.
