How to Add Metadata to EPS Files
EPS is a PostScript vector format, while most vision APIs expect raster image input. The safe workflow is to create an analysis preview without changing the contributor asset identity.
Render a preview
CSV Metadata converts the EPS into a temporary JPEG preview for visual analysis when the browser renderer is available.
Generate vector-focused metadata
Create a title and keywords from the rendered artwork, then review abstract concepts and object labels carefully.
Preserve the EPS filename
The CSV should point to the original EPS filename, not the temporary JPEG used for analysis.
Export for the intended marketplace
Choose the marketplace preset only after the metadata is reviewed so the export fields match the contributor workflow.
