Adobe Stock CSV Format Explained
Adobe Stock's CSV format is intentionally simple, but small header or filename mistakes can prevent a batch from matching correctly.
Required fields
Adobe's current documentation lists Filename, Title and Keywords as required fields in its CSV requirements. Category and Releases are optional fields in the documented workflow.
Filename
Use the exact uploaded filename, including extension. Do not change the asset name in the CSV unless the uploaded file was changed too.
Title
Adobe currently documents a 70-character maximum for Title in its CSV requirements. Keep the text descriptive rather than turning it into a comma-separated keyword list.
Keywords
Adobe documents a maximum of 50 keywords and says they should be comma-separated and ordered by importance.
Encoding and batch size
Use CSV rather than XLS/XLSX. Adobe currently documents UTF-8 for applicable Excel workflows, up to 5,000 rows and a 1 MB CSV file size limit.
